Anna is a senior at Miami University majoring in psychology with a focus in psychopathology and minoring in Italian. She is interested in researching neurodivergence, trauma and resilience, and how ecological factors influence our mental health and well-being. In her free time, she loves to cook, learn new languages, practice yoga, and play soccer.
Jasmine Clark

Jasmine is a junior at Miami University majoring in Psychology and pre-medical studies with a minor in neuroscience. She is very interested in clinical psychology and psychophysiology with a goal of attending medical school. Outside of academics, Jasmine enjoys spending time with her friends, playing the guitar, and working out.

Lauren is a sophomore at Miami University double majoring in Psychology and Data Analytics with a concentration in social data. Areas of interest for research include the disconnect between research and practice, and improving mental health accessibility. In her free time she enjoys going on walks, spending time with her friends, or trying new foods.
Anna Sekeres
Undergraduate Research Assistant
Anna is a sophomore at Miami University majoring in psychology with a focus in biopsychology, co-majoring in neuroscience, and minoring in medical ethics. She is interested in a wide range of psychological processes, but is especially interested in neurological processes and psychophysiology. Outside of class, she serves on the executive board of Miami’s Active Minds chapter, is a member of Vision Dance Company, and a member of the Miami University Student Foundation.
Kidus Abebe

Kidus Abebe is a freshman at Miami University studying Data Analytics with a concentration in Bioinformatics. Kidus is interested in research related to molecular biology and genetics, especially gene expression and their impact on various biological processes and diseases. Outside of academics, he enjoys swimming, reading books, and spending time with friends.

Kassandra is a Freshman at Miami University majoring in biology with a co-major in pre-medical studies. She is interested in the anatomical side of psychological research, relating to how the body and brain work together to respond to stimuli. Additionally, during her free time she enjoys being active by playing sports, while also admiring nature.
Ryan Kenter

Ryan is a sophomore at Miami University majoring in Psychology. He is interested in research within clinical psychology as well as understanding complex disorders such as addiction and schizophrenia within both adolescent and adult populations to help answer the question of why we are the way we are. Outside the lab, he enjoys working out, hanging out with friends, reading comic books, and watching movies and tv shows.

Kaeley Hawkins

Kaeley is a student at Miami University majoring in Psychology with a minor in Neuroscience. She is expected to graduate in 2027. Her research interests involve the intersection of cognitive, behavioral, and biological psychology, particularly looking at alternative treatments for neurological disorders among children. In her free time, Kaeley enjoys photography, reading, and hanging out with friends.
